My DarbyTown Bags! are traveling to Nepal

These two DarbyTown Bags! went to Nepal.  My friend Kevin brought them to two teenage girls.  I think they will really like the material I picked out for them.

Halloween!

I made trick-or-treat bags for my brother and I to use on Halloween.  Here is the material- spiders and bats!

Sewing camp

This summer I took a sewing camp class at Cathy's Sew and Vac.  My teacher taught me how to make a lined / reversible bag with a flat bottom.  Now I make most of my bags lined.

I used quilted material for this one!

I made a quilted purse for my Grandma B.G., with a flat bottom- she really loves it!

Two big bags for Hooker Oak School Auction

I made these two big beach bags for my school's dinner auction.  My Aunt Ragan gave me a bag of material and I used some to make these bags.  My Mom said each bag sold for about $30.00.  That will help out my school.

I had a few Valentine's Day orders and the bags were very fun to make!  I made lots of small cinch up pouches for people to put special valentine's treats into!  I guess I better start thinking about St. Patrick's Day!

Valentine's Day is coming!

 So far I have two different Valentine's Day materials to make bags with.  I just came up with the cinch up pouch idea this weekend and I'm excited about making them.  I will sell them for $2.00 each, 1$ if it's really small.

I have been making Valentine's Day bags and the cutest, small cinch up pouches to put a Valentine gift into.  You could put anything into them really.  I use one for all of my erasers at school.

Business Cards!

I have business cards now.  I will take a picture of one and post it.  I am very excited to have cards to pass out to friends and to put inside my bags after I sew them!

Filled an order today!

I made two fun bags today.  This one with butterflies and cute fabric lace at the bottom.  I also got my new cloth tags in the mail yesterday and sewed one on the front of this bag.  I love them!
